Unit Eight: Aboriginal Dot Painting
This unit explores aboriginal dot paintings. We will learn about the Australian native's culture and how they beautifully blend story telling and art. We will use unconventional painting materials and symbols to create dot paintings that tell interesting stories about a wide variety of animals. You will also take your final formative assessment for this class and be able to compare your results to those from unit one to see just how much growth you've made this year as an artist.
